Injury, Disability and Insurance Law
Insurance Advocacy and Civil Litigation in Northern California
The Law Office of P. Randall Noah represents people who need legal help to obtain benefits from insurance companies that refuse to pay or wrongfully rejected a valid claim. Our clients include victims of personal injury accidents, people rejected for long-term disability insurance and other claimants in disputes with insurers.
With offices in Orinda and South Lake Tahoe, we serve clients in the Oakland and San Francisco Bay Area, Tahoe/Reno area, Sacramento and throughout Northern California. Because many of our cases fall under federal court jurisdiction, we can also represent clients throughout California and beyond. Our attorney has represented clients in disability litigation in Michigan, Nevada, Colorado and North Dakota with claims governed by ERISA in federal court.

We use these insights to help our clients everyday. We understand the inner workings of insurance companies — how they evaluate claims, why they deny them, and how they fight them. This background enables us to confidently take on giant insurance companies like Unum, MetLife, Hartford, and Cigna on behalf of our clients.
